Order Tracking
After an order ships, a tracking number is sent to the checkout email.
How to track
- Open the shipping confirmation email and use the tracking link
- If the email is missing, write support@cartivai.shop with the order number and checkout email
- Allow 24–48 hours after the shipped notice for the first carrier scan
- If the order split into multiple cartons, track each number separately
We cannot change a delivery address after the carrier has the parcel. Email support@cartivai.shop before fulfillment if the destination must change.
